D is for Daffodil

I love daffodils or narcissus or whatever you call those early  bloomers. It's the first sign of Spring in these parts. The only problem is, it's been so cold, those clumps of predominately yellow with white flowers have decided to continue in hibernation mode.

What I think I'll do is download a picture of the daffodils in my garden from last year, so you know I, at least, have a garden. After you look at the picture, take a peak at the little ditty I've composed you below.

Spring has sprung,
My, aren't we lucky.

Your blooms do best,
when you use pucky.

I love it when the first signs of spring start to appear, I currently have 3 daffodils in my garden blessing me with their colours!

You're too funny. When we had to give our chickens away because we were traveling too much, we found that the ground under their winter quarters, in the middle of the woods, no sun, grew the best tomatoes ever.

Our daffodils just opened yesterday. Thank heavens.
I'm not going to comment on every one of your posts. I'll just say I've enjoyed your A to Z so far.
