Chuckens

I think I've lost it. It's been two days since I've had any sleep. Bear cat went to the veterinary emergency clinic over the weekend, and my Mom was admitted into the hospital yesterday. Where am I going with all this...I don't know, except that I just had a thought I'd like to share with you. I was thinking if you crossed a chuck roast with a chicken you'd have chuckens. It's pretty pathetic isn't it? This is how I think with no sleep.

Bear's doing better. We're waiting to see how Mom does. I think I'll take a cat nap.

first you drag the poor cat out to the Doctor for no damn reason , you called it his yearly checkup to justify it.
then you wait until the poor thing is finally of that shock then you drag him to the emergency room just to really freak him out.

now i even too scared to ask,
what did your mother do to you?

I hope you get good news about your mom's condition soon. Till then rest up.

lightly, you are too funny. Thanks for the laugh. Bear is living the life of a king right now. He's napping on my bed with a cool breeze gently touching him, a kitty cat buffet on the bedroom floor, and his litter box in the far corner of the room. He doesn't have to go too far for anything, so his leg heals. He's comfy.

Just having me for a daughter is enough to send anyone to the hospital.

Randy, thanks for your concern. Her blood work came back not-so-hot a couple of days ago, so her Dr. sent her to the hospital for further testing. We're just waiting for the results. She turned 92 on May 24th.

I got a good nights sleep last night after a real snazzy hair style by my daughter, Wendy. I'm feelin' real good today.

Pam, lots of positive thoughts for your Mom, hope everything turns out OK.

Bear is milking it for all it's worth - let him!

Thinking of you,
C.

Thanks itsme. Mom is home from the hospital. She called her hospital stay "jail time". She's feisty as ever at 92, so I know she's doing well.

Bear is certainly taking advantage of my compassion for animals. He went outside hunting for a while today, and is taking a kitty cat happy nap at the moment.
