Healthy or Not



According the American Heart Association drinking a glass of red wine daily may increase your HDL (high density lipoprotein), which removes plaque from your arteries, thus lowering your blood pressure. The effect of increasing HDL is from the alcohol in the red wine. ~American Heart Association July 9, 2018.

That's great, except for one thing...too much is bad for you. Too much of anything is bad for you.

 I like wine with dinner occasionally; it tastes good, and looks pretty in a fancy wine glass. So cheers, bottoms up, and na zdrowie (to your health in Polish).  Have a glass of wine to enjoy as a health benefit, not as a way to escape a bad day.
